The Managing Directors of "Essential Greece" Marta Karydis and Christos Karydis have, between them over 50 years experience in all aspects of the travel trade.  

During their respective careers, they have been successful Managers and Agents for International Specialist Tour operators for Greece.  

This extensive knowledge qualifies them to introduce you to a Greece known only to the Greeks, the essence of Greek life, customs and traditions will be captured for you.  
During your stay you will be introduced to a hitherto widely unknown Greece.

Essential Greece is a privately owned, Greek based, independent travel company specialising in distinctive holidays.  We are members of HATTA, the Greek Association of Travel Agents and have full licensing by the E.O.T. (The European Organisation of travel agencies). 

Furthermore, we are members of the 'Irish Travel Agents Association' (ITAA). You can be secure in the knowledge that appropriate bonds have been lodged to protect you fully when booking the accommodation that we offer. In addition, we are strictly bound by this association's 'Code of conduct' as to how we operate our business and there are heavy fines and penalties for non compliance.

During your stay we will be on hand 24 hrs a day.  Personal visits from our representatives will take place soon after your arrival and their will be discreet contact throughout the duration of your stay.  Your accommodation will be equipped with a "Welcome Information guide" packed to the brim with relevant local knowledge and our local office will be their for you 24hrs a day if needed.
