Prior to departure

Your travel documents will be sent to you soon after your final payment has been received. These will include local contact details, accommodation voucher, car hire voucher (if relevant), route planner with directions to your accommodation and confirmation of any special requests. Please check your travel documents and inform us as soon as possible if there are any discrepancies. We go to great lengths to ensure that the contents of our brochure are as accurate as possible. If any changes take place after you have booked, we undertake to advise you in writing as soon as possible prior to your departure.

Vacating accommodation

Generally you will be required to vacate your accommodation by 10.00hrs. Accommodation for new arrivals is not available until 14.00hrs which gives the maids time to prepare it, however you will be able to leave your luggage at the accommodation if you arrive before this time, which gives you a chance to look around the local area, have a bite to eat, or even visit the beach. See our local representative for possible room extensions or alternative accommodation (this will be at an extra cost, to be paid locally).

Maid service

Maids are there to make beds, clean bathrooms and generally tidy up and sweep around. They unfortunately do not have time to wash up pots, or clean BBQ's. The frequency of maid service, change of towels and linen, varies at each accommodation. They usually undertake one major clean each week, additional to their usual service. To avoid pests, please remove your rubbish regularly during your stay, please also ensure that you leave your accommodation in an acceptably clean and tidy state upon departure.

Property owners

The owners reserve the rights to visit their property at any time to gain access to undertake essential maintenance work, gardening, they will however respect your privacy. Only the named persons on the booking form shall be allowed to occupy the accommodation, un-named occupants shall be immediately evicted.

Valuable Items

Please do not take valuable items on holiday, or take large amounts of cash, take care of your belongings and ensure that you have adequate insurance for items that you are taking with you. Where possible always take out a safety deposit box.

The local wildlife

Unwelcome guests like mosquito's, ants and other insects are endemic in warmer climates, and particularly in country areas. Whilst ant spray and strong mosquito spays can be purchased in all supermarkets locally, you may care to take with you some 2 pin plug mosquito repellents,(available in large chemists and duty free shops) Dogs, cats, roam around unattended in Greece, please do not feed them or let them into your accommodation, as they will remain after you have departed and incoming guests may be allergic or find them disagreeable. These sort of aggravations, together with barking dogs, are unfortunately unavoidable. Should this happen, we ask your patience and understanding.

The local environment

Your Villa maybe situated in a residential area, where your neighbours are local people who do not rent their properties, we kindly request that you respect their peace and privacy. Noise such as shouting, loud music etc should be discouraged during siesta time (by the Greek law 2 p.m. until 5 p.m.) and late at night. For properties in rural areas, please keep in mind that the locals will keep small animals, and the sound of cockerels, sheep, goats, and dogs can quite often be heard over the neighbouring fields.

Two centre holidays

For guests who wish to split their holidays, it is possible to have a two centre holiday which allows one to spend part of your holiday in one accommodation and the rest in another. Giving you the chance to either experience a variation of accommodation or location, ask our reservation advisers for the best possible combinations as to make the most of your holiday.

Transfers between accommodations are the sole responsibility of the clients
